Local market supervision departments may refer to the implementation when carrying out supervision and random inspection. The rules for the implementation of state supervision and random inspection of the same products issued in the past shall be abolished at the same time.
The announcement released the 2023 version of the implementation rules for 90 products including toys, children's shoes, travel shoes, shoes for the elderly, student stationery, children's and infants' clothing, food contact paper containers and so on, stipulating the sampling method, inspection basis and judgment rules in the implementation process of supervision and sampling inspection for each product.
